The ISS program is amusingly named, though, as it is about CATS in space. Unfortunately, it's only an acronym and the project is to gather data about airborne particles. I suppose it'll save lives 'n stuff, but the previous two assumptions are just so glamorous.
I was disappointed to find out that the laser cannon pictured below is not military-grade. I had high hopes to cook up a house-sized batch of Jiffy Pop.

Holly Gerla reviews Little Bird Tales as a kiddie educational tool (and what an efficient way to get kids producing!), but I'm also thinking it will probably be great for the elder generations - how great would it be for Grandpa to add some pics and narrate stories from his life?!
I wish I could be a fashionista! I adored Carrie Bradshaw for her dare and style. If I had a budget for such things I would force them into my lifestyle and relish being the art piece of any gathering. Not necessarily for the attention, but for the effect of bringing beauty into ordinary.

I tend to regard all "expert" reports with several grains of salt. Thanks, Redditor Jasonp55, for putting this together to illustrate a point.
io9, one of my favorites on Feedly (my RSS feeder of choice; I file it under "entertainment") showed off a palette of galaxy-themed eyeshadows today. Props to the artist who connected the powder packs to the solar system.
However, didn't we all look like martians with these same colors in the 80's? Shout out to Juneau Drug and Max Factor! |
